No. 9 Little Valley

The villa is 5 mins walk from Gumusluk renowned for its seafood restaurants. It is a sparkling fishing village  with shops displaying local hand crafts an gifts.  The village is 40 mins from Milas Airport and 20 mins by car or bus to the popular town of Bodrum.

The villa is set in beautiful gardens and comprises of an open plan lounge with dining area and a kitchen fitted with everything you could need for a perfect holiday home.  There are 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom and a balcony where you can unwind in the evening and enjoy the views.  The complex has 2 swimming pools surrounded by landscaped gardens with a variety of plants and trees and a cool seating area where guests can relax and take pleasure in the views over the bay. 

The town of Yalikavak is close by and holds a busy market every Thursday and in the town of Bodrum you can visit the castle, Antique Theatre and museums. The shopping centre stays open here until 23:00 and there is a Bazaar on Tuesday and Thursday. 

Gumusluk is a passive village set on the peninsula with several restaurants, bars, apartments and hotels and has a breathtaking holiday atmosphere.  Most of the village is designated an official archaeological site so that no landscaping alterations or new groundbreakings are allowed. There are lots of boat trips from the harbour, although diving with tanks is banned because of the underwater sites and those snorkeling will find lots of interesting structural remains. 

Gumusluk is famous for its sunset and it is the perfect place for a holiday home whether for personal use or holiday rentals!!
