This complex was built by Asem Construction who are very well known in the area. Asem have a complimentary bus that runs around all of their developments to the beaches from 1st May to 31st October and is free of charge to owners and holiday makers renting from the owners.
In the complex there is an entry phone system in the hallway and 24hr security guard on site. The apartment consists of a living/dining area with sofa bed, a fitted kitchen with marble work tops, one double bedroom, one bathroom with top quality sanitary ware and a large balcony with patio furniture overlooking the swimming pool.
The apartment has never been used and can sleep 4 people. Air conditioning and fans have been installed for your comfort. The floors and balconies are all fully tiled and other features include carved solid front door, American panel doors for the interior and PVC double glazed windows.
The complex is located in the prime location of the town near Marina Road and the facilities include a pool, lovely gardens, restaurant, bar and secure parking. The area is being developed with a huge Marina, shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The roads to other beaches around Didim Peninsula are being developed so that people can go to any of the other beaches with ease.
A few minutes away from Didim is one of Turkey’s best natural beaches, Altinkum (Golden Sand). The whole Altinkum shore embraces, thousands of islands, some of which are not even shown on the maps. The whole area offers beautiful beaches, water sports, bars and restaurants, a fantastic place for investors.
Altinkum is surrounded by beautiful scenery and historical sites. It is 2km from the magnificent ancient Temple of Apollo and only 75km from Kusadasi and 90km from the ancient ruins of Ephesus. You can get to Altinkum beach in less than 10 mins by taxi, you can walk it in around 20 mins, or you can get the free shuttle bus!
