When guests arrive at your
Turkey villas, they will be expecting you to supply certain items. It can be very disappointing for your guests when they go on holiday and don’t have the basic household necessities. Although the guests of your Turkey villas will likely be providing their own food and other amenities, there are still a few basic supplies that you should always keep on hand.
Toilet Paper
You should always keep your holiday rental property stocked with toilet paper. Don’t let your guests arrive after a long flight and go to the bathroom to relieve themselves, only to reach for the toilet paper holder and find nothing there!
A Hair Dryer
When people are travelling they will not want to carry around a heavy hair dryer, so purchase a cheap and simple one that your guests can use while they are staying at your holiday property.
The Basics for Making Coffee and Tea
It’s not too expensive to stock coffee, tea bags, milk, and sugar, and your guests will truly appreciate the ability to make themselves a hot drink as soon as they arrive or on the first morning of their stay. You don’t have to provide enough for their entire stay because they will likely go out shopping, but a few complimentary supplies can really make a great impression.
Spices
If your guests are only staying for a week at your Turkey villas, they will not want to buy a full container of salt or pepper as they will only use a small fraction of it. It makes more sense for you to have a few spices in the cupboard for guests to use when they are self-catering.
Towels and Bed Linen
Your guests will likely not have brought towels, sheets or blankets with them, so make sure your holiday Turkey villas have a supply of these items. Even the most basic of accommodations should have two bath towels, four wash cloths and two hand towels for each guest. You should also provide a spare change of sheets in case the beds need to be changed.
Cleaning Supplies
What happens if your guests spill food on the table or drop a drink on the floor? They will need something to clean it up with, so make sure that you have a few basic supplies such as a mop and bucket, broom, all-purpose cleaning spray, and paper towels. Also, make sure that you have extra bin liners so that your guests can take out the rubbish if they need to during their stay.
A First Aid Kit
You might not immediately think of this when stocking Turkey villas, but every holiday home should have an emergency kit just in case something happens. Along with first aid supplies it should have a battery-powered radio and a couple of torches. Chances are it will never get used, but in an emergency situation it could come in really handy!
These are just a few supplies that you should always have if you will be renting out your Turkey villas to holiday guests.
