When your guests complete their stay your local contact can come and pick up the keys again. This is a very safe and customer friendly way to manage the key issue. You could either hire through a property management company or hire the services of a local individual who you know and trust.

Another option is to use a key safe. You can attach this safe to the outside wall of your property, slightly hidden out of view. Before your guests arrive, give them the code to the safe and let them know where to find it. You can use a safe with a reprogrammable combination lock, so that you or your local contact can change the code between each guest. This option works well when your guests are arriving at inconvenient times such as late at night, because they can simply let themselves in.
