of property consultancy Knight Frank, has tipped property in Turkey as the best real
estate investment bet of 2011, reveals House Sales Turkey (http://www.housesalesturkey.com/). Property
pundit Bailey, acting as a freelance property writer in a piece published in
WriteAboutProperty.com, states that "The balance of stability, high growth, high liquidity, low
property prices and low interest rates is sure to make Turkey a favourite with
investors in 2011."
