Low-Cost Airline Opens Turkey Property up to Italian Purchasers

 

Leading property portal House Sales Turkey (http://www.housesalesturkey.com/) reports that Italian low-cost airline Blue Express Airlines has launched flights to Istanbul in Turkey from Rome and Milan. These cheap and regular flights could well see a boost to property sales in Turkey now that the country has increased its accessibility to Italian tourists and second home purchasers, as well as furthering Turkey's attraction for real estate investors.

 

Blue Express Airlines is a popular low-cost Italian carrier which has been flying as the 'value' brand of Blue Panorama Airlines since 2005. Blue Express saw the appeal of Turkey as a holiday (and holiday home) destination, adding routes from Rome to Istanbul in December 2009 and then from Milan to Istanbul in March 2010. Flights start from just €70 including taxes and there are six flights per week on both routes, all flying in to Istanbul Sabiha G
